We do this as a service to the wonderful people involved in UK primary education. You deserve this site and we will always work to make it as good as we can. We will not however guarantee any standard of service. You do not a have a right to use this site. We will always do our best but we will never be held responsible for slow page loads at peak times (Sunday evenings - oh what a plight us teachers are in) or times when the site is off-line for upgrades and so forth.
If you submit a message or link to us we aim to get back to you really quickly. But if we don't get back to you quickly you can't moan at us. It's only because we are busy doing other things, like marking books.
